1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and gamers888 ("gamers888," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the gamers888 online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services available at gamers888.one (the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any service offered by gamers888, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

gamers888 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of age. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or closure.

3 Account Registration

To access real-money games on gamers888, you must register a player account. The following rules apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one (1) gamers888 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, Philippine mobile number, and date of birth. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and OTP codes. gamers888 will never ask for your password. You must notify gamers888 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Mobile Number: Your registered Philippine mobile number (Globe or Smart) serves as your primary account identifier and is used for OTP verification, withdrawal processing, and account recovery.
• Account Non-Transferability: Your gamers888 account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person under any circumstances.
• KYC Verification: gamers888 may require Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any time, particularly before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds. Required documents may include a government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license) and proof of address.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

The following terms govern all financial transactions on the gamers888 Platform:

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱20 (Philippine Peso twenty).
• Accepted deposit methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and Cash Pickup. Available methods may vary and are subject to change.
• Deposits are credited to your gamers888 account balance upon confirmation from the payment provider. GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically instant.
• gamers888 does not accept deposits from third parties. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.
• gamers888 reserves the right to impose maximum deposit limits in accordance with responsible gaming obligations and regulatory requirements.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to availability.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in your account dashboard at the time of request.
• gamers888 aims to process withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to KYC verification status and payment provider processing times. GCash withdrawals are typically processed faster.
• gamers888 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request. This may include requesting supporting documentation.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. Funds may only be withdrawn to an account registered in your own name.
• Any applicable taxes on winnings are the sole responsibility of the player, in accordance with Philippine tax laws.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

gamers888 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. gamers888 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements ("playthrough requirements") that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonuses may only be used for the games and game categories specified in the promotion terms. Using bonus funds on excluded games may void the bonus and any associated winnings.
• gamers888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonuses, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Unused bonus funds that expire will be removed from your account balance automatically.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the gamers888 Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.

• All games on gamers888 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited to ensure fairness and unpredictability of outcomes.
• Live dealer games are subject to the rules displayed at the relevant game table. In the event of a technical malfunction during a live game, the round may be declared void and stakes returned to players.
• gamers888 reserves the right to void any bet or game round where a technical error, software malfunction, or human error has materially affected the outcome.
• Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are available within the individual game information panels. Actual results may vary from stated RTP due to the inherent randomness of RNG-based games.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on the gamers888 server, the server record shall be the definitive and binding result.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gamers888 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of account balances:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including sharing hand information in live poker or coordinating bets in live dealer games.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including using stolen payment credentials, chargebacks, or false identity documents.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform for financial gain. Any such exploitation must be reported to gamers888 support immediately.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the gamers888 Platform software.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity or any activity that violates the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended).
• Registering or using an account on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to use your account.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the gamers888 Platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and audiovisual materials, is the exclusive property of gamers888 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent from gamers888.
• Use any gamers888 trademark, logo, or brand name in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement.
• Create derivative works based on any Platform content.

Any unauthorized use of gamers888 intellectual property may result in legal action.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

gamers888 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

• Interruption or cessation of Platform services due to maintenance, regulatory requirements, or force majeure events.

gamers888's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude gamers888's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

12 Account Suspension & Closure

gamers888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements, including age verification.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the player.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.
• Extended account inactivity (accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant).

Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, gamers888 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in the account, subject to applicable regulatory requirements. Where account closure is initiated by gamers888 for reasons other than player breach, any legitimate balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting gamers888 support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any pending transactions.

13 Amendments to These Terms

gamers888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, gamers888 will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform.

The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the gamers888 Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

gamers888 operates within the PAGCOR online gaming regulatory framework. Players who believe their dispute has not been adequately addressed may escalate their complaint to PAGCOR through the appropriate regulatory channels.
